Popular Esports organization from Denmark, Astralis have joined hands with the ESL FACEIT group. This partnership will see a mutual promotion for both the organization and regular Counter-Strike tournaments for Danish players.

A notable highlight of this partnership is that you will have the opportunity to meet players from Astrali’s primary team, talented individuals, and the women’s team. Team captains will share exclusive insights into their decision-making process and strategic approaches. Additionally, there are many exciting things in store for you. Fans will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into tactics, advice, and techniques employed by the team, enhancing their understanding of the game.

Introduction of several Counter-Strike tournaments

The collaboration will give rise to over 100 new Counter-Strike tournaments, bolstered by joint promotion campaigns across both Astralis and FACEIT platforms. With a solid network of over 8,000 active players, Astralis has previously organized tournaments of varying scales. This partnership will further facilitate the development of larger tournament structures that cater to the organization’s community and provide exposure to its partners.

Additionally, the agreement with FACEIT will enable Astralis to explore the possibility of hosting even more remarkable tournaments. With playoffs potentially taking place at Astralis Nexus, the organization’s cutting-edge facility in Copenhagen, fans can anticipate unparalleled Esports events. The partnership also entails direct compensation for activation and promotion, contributing to the growth and expansion of Astralis’ Esports endeavors.

Astralis’ incredible financial performance

A few months ago, Astralis revealed its financial report for the fiscal year 2022. The key highlights of the reports were Astrali’s overall revenue of £10.3m up from £8.8m in the previous fiscal year. Furthermore, reports also suggested that the organization also managed to reduce the loss percentage as compared to last time.

Astralis’ remarkable financial performance was largely attributed to the regional production house, PIXEL.TV, contributing £230,000 to their overall revenue. Additionally, Astralis Nexus bolstered the numbers with £530,000. Excitingly, their new partnership with FACEIT holds great promise for future success. With these combined efforts, Astralis anticipates even greater outcomes and continued growth for the Danish organization in the days to come.

Astralis CS:GO disappointing run

Although financial reports were blustering, Astralis’s CS:GO team is not getting a proper run in CS:GO Majors. Recently, the Danish team falls short and misses CS:GO Major ticket after the RMR Europe B elimination. Regrettably, the record-breaking team with the most Valve-sponsored tournament victories will sit out the BLAST.tv Paris Major, the final event preceding the launch of Counter-Strike 2.

Going forward, Astralis is committed to thorough preparation, aiming to uphold its organization’s reputation in the upcoming 2023 tournaments and, most importantly, excel at the first major event in 2024. They are hopeful that the recent partnership will positively impact their overall internal structure, further strengthening their prospects. Astralis remains dedicated to maintaining high standards and making a lasting impact in the competitive scene.
