With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 2 and Warzone 2 underway, we’ve seen how each game’s new features have caught on. Some have hooked the community again, while others have infuriated others. However, we can’t deny that Activision tried to leave everything very well designed for players to enjoy these great titles again.

Changes in Warzone 2

As we already know, the Warzone 2 update brought many changes that made the game resurrect. The gameplay experience has dramatically improved with all the adjustments. For example, we can highlight the increased speed when placing plates and the return of the loot system from the original Warzone.

Let’s remember that the backpack was one of the novelties that never caught on with the game’s community, and because of that; Raven Software decided to add several features that made us all fall in love with this Battle Royale. As we mentioned, we are talking about the badges, the 1v1 gulag, the loot system, and many more features.

However, not everything is rosy in this new update, which is normal when you update any game. Bugs will always abound in new updates or releases, but one in particular is a replica of the original Warzone. With the loot system returning to the original Warzone, we also return to the bug where weapons and ammo get trapped under the ground and can’t be picked up.

The ground loot system is a great upgrade, especially for hidden caches from CODWarzone

The loot bug returns

We observed in the previous clip that the old bug where weapons and ammunition become trapped under the ground has reappeared, displeasing the community greatly.

Let’s remember that the loot system that was previously in Warzone 2 was to take things directly from the backpack; that is, nothing would be lost under the ground. Unfortunately, this adjustment, which makes the game faster and easier, has brought some problems that can become a curse in Warzone.

Other additions to Warzone 2

As we mentioned, this season of Warzone 2 also brought the beloved Resurgence mode through its new map, Ashika Island. This mode will undoubtedly attract new and old players, allowing the Battle Royale to become an exceptionally dynamic mode.

However, Raven Software continues to add further updates to fix some important bugs in this season 2, such as the one we mentioned in this article.

On the other hand, let’s remember that for Warzone 2 season 3, the developers announced a new Ranked mode, which comes for the first time in the history of this BR.
