We continue with the different guides to complete the various missions or contracts within the new DMZ game mode of Warzone 2. This time, we will explain how and where to use the Special Forces Dead Drop key quickly and easily.

While it is true that there are missions in DMZ mode that are complicated and time-consuming, ultimately, there are rewards that are worth the sacrifice. Others are much simpler and quicker and can even be simple bags of locked loot that can give you spectacular loot.

Special Forces Dead Drop

In Warzone 2’s DMZ game mode, players can find the most basic loot possible in any structure, room, or building.

But it’s no secret that getting to this loot requires sacrifice and patience, especially in overcoming the various AI combatants if you want to get the best rewards.

To get the most valuable loot, you will have to get hold of some specific keys collected on the map after defeating strong AI enemies or in the orange containers.

Now, if you already have the Special Forces Dead Drop key in your possession after several battles, contracts, and completed missions, we will tell you how to use it the easiest and fastest way.

Remember that you must successfully extract the keys from the games in DMZ mode and then place them in your backpack so that they can appear in the following rounds.

Special Forces Dead Drop – Location

Unlike many other Dead Drops, the Special Forces Dead Drop is not found in a container. Instead, this loot comes from a small toolbox located under a tall relay tower northwest of Al Mazrah City, right at the G2 coordinate.

Below, we will show you the exact location of this toolbox on the tactical map.

This tower is located on a rock formation in the middle of a traffic circle, but don’t be alarmed; it’s a straightforward rock to climb. However, the underside of this tower is very exposed, so be very careful.

Inside the Special Forces Dead Drop, you will find many valuable items, such as some classified documents, a picture of a man, and printed paper. However, the essential thing you will find is the key to the Mountaintop Spotter Shack.

This guard shack is located at coordinate G5, which you can unlock to loot everything inside.
