Teeqo accuses FaZe Clan of failing to support him

Well-known content creator Jakob “Teeqo” Swaerden has accused the FaZe Clan organization of not supporting him while he was a member of their organization.

The content creator recently made public his annoyance with the FaZe Clan organization in a YouTube video. Teeqo is in charge of doing Fortnite, and other game broadcasts as a member of the said organization.

Teeqo’s annoyance against FaZe Clan

Last March 12, Teeqo expressed that he has worked for around 12 years with the organization, and the company’s executives have never given him support.

In the video, the streamer refers to “False promises” from FaZe Clan’s owners. In addition, he comments that many members who came to the organization after him have a better salary.

Teeqo comments:

“Someone can come in as recently as last year, who is not from this industry, and have a better annual salary than I could earn all this time with the organization.”

On the other hand, Teeqo claims that he tried to resolve the issues with the organization privately. However, he got no response and used the YouTube video as a last resort.

With great annoyance, Teeqo continues to speak out:

“I don’t own it, I’m not even close to owning it, and I don’t give a shit; you’ve all made that quite clear. Besides, you’ve shown me that I mean nothing to you.”

Although the content creator stated that he is OK with not having a leadership role in FaZe Clan, he has grown tired of people making promises they never keep, telling him lies, and not accepting responsibility for mistakes.

End of contract

Teeqo’s contract has ended, and he comments that in all his time within the organization, he never received a raise or perhaps a promotion. In addition, he says that other people have sued the organization for breach of contract, and he is still with them.

On the other hand, he comments that he was not asking for anything in return; Teeqo just assumed that he was building.

Teeqo also stated that he was ready to cut ties with the FaZe clan entirely and was OK with them even despising him. However, he argued that it is worth revealing how the FaZe Clan has treated him and other creators and did the right thing.

Other people have spoken out about the FaZe Clan organization

On the other hand, FaZe Rain reveals that Teeqo is not the first FaZe Clan member to speak out. He claims the organization has not paid him a penny for his work.

In addition, he comments that Nordan “Rain” Shat 2022 also spoke about the problems he had with the organization. Rain referred to the mistreatment suffered by some content creators; he also indicated that he did not want to reveal any critical information but had information that could burn the organization.
