Shroud moves away from CS:GO and starts his adventure on Twitch
In July 2017, Shroud left the competitive CS:GO scene with Cloud9 to become a full-time streamer for the same organization. He stayed with them for several months until leaving the team in 2018.
After four years of popularity in the social media and streaming world, Shroud was signed by the North American organization Sentinels to be part of their VALORANT lineup in 2022.
But after failing to qualify for the VALORANT Champions 2022, he was removed from the starting lineup and decided to return to streaming.

He also noted that he wants to continue competing at the professional level but has yet to find a team. This means it is very likely that we will have Shroud back on the servers of a significant tournament shortly.
