Reply Totem are the Snapdragon Brawl Stars Masters 2023 champions

Reply Totem, the Italian Brawl Stars team, became the first team to be crowned champions in the Snapdragon Mobile Masters, winning the Brawl Stars tournament held May 13-14 in Japan. In addition to being the first series champions of this new tournament series, the boys took home a juicy $100,000 prize.

The Italians lectured throughout the tournament on how to play Brawl Stars at the highest competitive level. However, they were the most solid team during the tournament and became champions after winning all their matches.

Reply Totem’s road in the Snapdragon Mobile Masters 22-23

Reply Totem had a perfect tournament; there is no doubt about that. The Italian team led Group B over the favorite team, Tribe Gaming, with a 2-0 record. On the other hand, Tribe Gaming qualified in second place in the group with a 2-1 record.

In Group A, STMN delighted us with an excellent level of play after winning their two matches against SK Gaming and Crazy Raccoon by 3-0. On the other hand, the second place was occupied by Crazy Raccoon, who defeated SK Gaming in the Decider Match by 3-2.

As a result, both STMN and Reply Totem were the favorites to compete in the tournament’s grand final. However, a great run by Tribe Gaming allowed them to fight for the championship with the Italian team.

Playoffs Recap

Now, the top two in each group qualified for the tournament playoffs, i.e., Tribe Gaming faced STMN in the first semifinal, while Reply Totem took on Crazy Raccoon.

In the first series, Tribe Gaming made a big hit on the table after defeating STNM by 3-2 to advance to the tournament’s Grand Final. There is no doubt that this match was full of emotions from start to finish, and the winner had to be decided in the fifth game. On the other hand, Reply Totem had a slightly easier road, as they won a comfortable victory over the Japanese team by 3-1.

The losers, STMN and Crazy Raccoon met in the match for third place in the table. But, unexpectedly, it was Crazy Raccoon who took third place on the podium of the Snapdragon Brawl Stars Masters after crushing STMN with a resounding 3-0 victory.

Reply Totem vs. Tribe Gaming – Grand Final Recap

Finally, in the match that defined the first champion in the Snapdragon Mobile Masters tournament series, Tribe Gaming, and Reply Totem would play the rematch of what was the Winners Match of Group B.

It all started with a very comfortable victory for Tribe Gaming in the first round by 3-2. Then, the Reply Totem boys woke up and ratified their status as favorites in this grand final and won in Gem Fort (3-2) and Safe Zone (3-0) to put the series in check, 2-1 in their favor. However, Tribe Gaming reacted immediately in Dry Season to take a 3-2 victory and force the fifth and decisive map.

Finally, Reply Totem delivered a big blow to the table, with Erik “Joker” Granström as MVP, to take a resounding 3-0 victory and proclaim themselves champions of the Snapdragon Brawl Stars Masters 2023.

None of the teams that participated in the tournament went home with empty pockets, as the $200,000 in prize money was distributed as follows:
