For veteran CS:GO enthusiasts, Jaroslaw “pashaBiceps” Jarzabkowski needs no introduction. The 35-year-old won some of the biggest tournaments in the history of CS:GO and played in the Grand Final of many more.

His biggest career win was arguably the one from ELEAGUE Season 1, but DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017 was just as significant.

PashaBiceps, whose nickname suggests the man’s interest in bodybuilding, is a very versatile person. He played professional CS:GO for 15 years, streams, does bodybuilding, fought in two MMA matches, and now he wants to build his own esports organization. This will likely be his most challenging project yet, but he can certainly do it.

What gives pashaBiceps an edge

Forming your own esports organization is extremely difficult. Especially today, when the level of competition is off-the-charts and the best players are offered high salaries by the top organizations, who can afford it because they know they’re going to win S-tier tournaments and then monetize their glory.

Despite the challenges, pashaBiceps already demonstrated that he is a driven man who won’t give up that easily. On top of that, the fame he gained while playing CS:GO will definitely help him in his quest to create a successful esports organization.

There are people who can invest in his dream and probably trust him enough to want to be a part of it. The moment is also a favorable one if we look at it from a Polish perspective. That’s because of 9INE’s success.

Poland hadn’t had a top CS:GO team that can play at a Major in a long time. But now that 9INE have done the impossible, pashaBiceps could potentially look to sign their roster for his project. Or perhaps search for young and talented players who might be willing to play for his team for a fraction of the usual salary.

The possibilities are numerous and it will be up to pashaBiceps to find the right way to proceed. He’s probably made a bit of money while playing CS:GO and it will be enough for him to find at least a few investors who will trust him with their money.

But the challenge is high. Just recently, Copenhagen Flames filed for bankruptcy after seven years of trying and failing to build a team that can succeed at the highest level. To triumph, pashaBiceps will need to find exceptional players who are willing to try something that’s risky but has the potential to yield amazing results.
