Currently, Valve has not shown much to say about the maps that will be available at the launch of CS2. However, in the last few hours, some images have been leaked of what would be the “new” Inferno, which would be the next to be included in the game’s closed beta.

Valve maintains absolute silence regarding the global release of CS2. Unless it is some update to the game in its closed beta, Valve has commented nothing regarding the release of CS2. As a result, the community is much more impatient, as not many people have been given access to try the game.

Images of the new Inferno leaked

In the last few hours, some “reliable” leakers published different images of the new Inferno, which will arrive with CS2. A Twitter user named “PDylan” published different images of the new map, and there is no doubt that it looks spectacular. On the other hand, it is worth noting that if this new Inferno arrives for CS2, it will be the most amazing map we have ever seen in the history of Valve’s shooter. Also, we note how the new Source 2 engine makes the map look wonderful.

However, another point to note is that all the maps arriving with CS2 are a bit shinier than their versions of the current CS:GO. For now, Dust2, Mirage, and Valve released an update in the last few hours where they include Nuke and Office as playable maps in the CS2 closed beta.

The new Inferno we see in the images has much more detail, better lighting, and without a doubt, is much more alive. As a result, it’s impossible not to get excited just by looking at the images.

One of the most impressive areas is the Church at the B Site. As we can see, the construction has been completed, and is now a full-fledged church.

The Sites look spectacular

While it is true that the Church is the most impressive of the images published, the sites look much more interesting and, above all, spectacular. As has been the case over the years in Inferno updates, the cemetery at A Site has been rebuilt, and players will no longer be able to use the wall on the stairs to hide.

On the other hand, in B Site, we also observed a very different design, as now we don’t have barrels and drums; instead, we will have scaffolding and different wooden planks. As a result, the gameplay could change since you could now shoot through these woods to damage rivals.

Furthermore, these leaks gained a lot of value after the official CS2 account responded to PDylan’s Tweet with a surprise animated GIF.

If these changes are confirmed, there is no doubt that this will force all players and teams to adapt to a completely different map in CS2. In addition to having the scaffolding and boards, there may also be different elements that were not in B Site before. While in A Site, we observe very wide columns in the site where the bomb is planted.
