Karmine Corp plans to build esports stadium

Popular French organisation, Karmine Corp, has unveiled their incredible plan which is to build an esports arena near the capital of France, Paris. The stadium will be known as ‘Arènes de l’Agora’. Here is everything we know about this Karmine Corp’s remarkable step.

Karmine Corp to build an Esports Arena

The announcement came via the organisation itself during the Karmine Corp vs. The World (KCX3) event where they revealed that the organisation has already leased The “Arènes de l’Agora” in Évry, France for the next few years.

According to Esportsinsider reports, the stadium is undergoing major renovations to transform it into a futuristic esports arena capable of hosting various events. Some of the major planned events are public show matches, viewing parties or official esports tournaments.

Furthermore, the arena is expected to host at least 10 to 20 occasions. As per reports on X, it will start functioning from the Summer of 2024 onwards.

Although not confirmed, it is highly likely that the organisation will introduce a subscription-based system. That means, only those will be allowed to utilise the facility who have purchased an active subscription. More details on this information are still awaiting.

It is important to note that the decrease in sponsorship for Esports teams and events has led popular Esports organizations to take proactive steps to find new and creative ways to succeed in this highly competitive industry. Karmine Corp is at the forefront of this trend and could be the first among the upcoming wave to do so.

Just a few days ago, Karmine Corp organized a huge esports event in Paris which drew a massive crowd. The event was called ‘KCORP vs. The World’, and it was the third time it was held. The event featured various competitions including VALORANT, Rocket League, League of Legends, and more.
