EA has launched the Outstanding SBC as a Squad Building Challenge commemorating Real Madrid’s victory over Liverpool in the latest edition of the UEFA Champions League. This coincides with the Road to the Final promotion bringing FIFA 23 Ultimate Team to life.

Challenges and objectives related to the RTTF promotion have invaded FUT. They allow players to earn unique cards with the opportunity to improve further depending on their team’s performance in the final rounds of the ongoing European Championship. Be it the Conference Cup, Europa League, or Champions League.

FIFA 23 players who want a Road to the Final card should open as many packs as possible during the promotional period.

Outstanding SBC in FIFA 23

The Outstanding SBC is the latest daily RTTF Squad Building Challenge in FIFA 23.

Following the RTTK cards released early in the FIFA 23 lifecycle, this is the second set based on major European international championships. Again, the RTTF card upgrade path links real-world results with in-game bonuses to connect players to real tournaments.

Fans will no doubt remember Real Madrid’s historic run in last season’s Champions League, culminating in their victory over Liverpool in the final, with Vinicius Junior scoring the game’s only goal.

The Outstanding SBC is the latest Daily Squad Building Challenge in honor of the previous clash between the two titans. They will face each other again, this time on matchday 16.

Players must follow the following requirements when forming their squad to complete the challenge:

• Minimum 4 leagues in the squad
• Minimum 5 players from the same Nation
• Maximum 2 players from the same Club
• Exactly 11 Players: Rare
• Player Quality: Exactly Gold
• 24 Total Squad Chemistry Points
• Number of players in the squad 11

Cost and reward of Outstanding SBC in FIFA 23

The estimated cost is 7.000 – 8.000 FUT currency across all platforms.

The challenge reward is a pack of eight Premier League players, which cannot be exchanged.

Evaluation of Outstanding SBC in FIFA 23

Regular FIFA 23 players will find that the fodder costs are not that expensive. However, the list of prerequisites for the Outstanding Team Building Challenge seems a bit intimidating. The challenge is perfect for a daily challenge because it is cheap; it also offers another package that has the potential to grant an RTTF card.

FUT fans may decide to wait a day or two to see if it drops in market price, as the non-repeatable SBC will remain available for two more days. However, a feasible alternative to reduce the cost of the challenge is to use pre-existing fodder from your clubs.

Creating a gold team with 24 chemistry points is still no easy task. Still, some of the other criteria on the list, especially the need for the squad to have five players of the same nationality, go a long way toward meeting all the conditions.
