After several weeks of searching for a CS:GO analyst, NaVi finally hit the nail and announced Viktor “Flashie” Tamás Bea as a new team lineup member.
This is a somewhat unexpected move, as Flashie comes from being part of FlyQuest until very few days ago. In addition, NaVi had been looking for an analyst for several weeks, so they took perfect advantage of the situation to acquire the services of the 27-year-old Hungarian.
NaVi announce Flashie as the team’s new CS:GO analyst
Through a post on their official Twitter account, Ukrainian powerhouse, NaVi, announced Flashie as the team’s new CS:GO analyst. Furthermore, this move comes less than 24 hours since it was announced that Flashie would not continue as Head Coach of FlyQuest RED.

Flashie comes to this NaVi lineup packed with spectacular players to help, above all, to have a good synergy in the game. In addition, the Hungarian’s vast experience can be instrumental in helping the team elevate their performance in the upcoming tournaments.
NaVi will make their first match with Flashie as a CS:GO analyst at Gamers8 2023, where they will face FURIA Esports, another team that also has a lot of problems this season.
Flashie gets a new home in less than 24 hours
There is no doubt that in the competitive CS:GO scene, making coaching changes in the middle of a season may not be the best option. However, the fact that he is an assistant coach or, in this case, an analyst can help the team greatly, as he is a fresh mind that can come up with completely new ideas for the organization.
After over 2 years, it’s time for coach Flashie to start his next adventure.
It takes a talented mentor to lead NA’s number 1 team, and Flashie did just that.Wishing him luck and looking forward to seeing where he goes!

Flashie spent nearly three years as Head Coach of FlyQuest RED and will now have a much more complicated challenge at one of the top esports organizations worldwide, NaVi.
NaVi was at the forefront for several weeks looking for an analyst who would be “ideal” to help their new CS:GO lineup. According to NaVi’s official announcement on its web portal, the alliance between Flashie, Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy (Head Coach), and Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev could be instrumental for this new lineup to considerably increase its level of play.
Flashie is grateful for joining NaVi
On the other hand, Flashie also thanks NaVi for this opportunity, and in a post on his Twitter account, he said he was very excited about this new challenge. He also mentioned that he looks forward to collaborating with players of s1mple’s stature and with an exceptional coaching staff.
Joined @natusvincere coaching staff as analyst.
