All roads lead to a faster and more compact global esports scene for competitive Call of Duty: Mobile worldwide this 2024.

In a video tweet, ESL revealed the roadmap for this year’s CODM esports ecosystem.

The 2024 schedule begins 18th of April until May 8 with the solo qualifiers, followed by open team qualifiers from May 11th to 25th.

This is then going to be followed by the Snapdragon Mobile Open Finals which will be held from June to July, running alongside the Snapdragon Mobile Challenge from June to August.

This will all culminate in the 2024 Call of Duty Mobile World Championship, which will be making a return to Atlanta, Georgia, USA as part of DreamHack Atlanta from October 4 to 6th.

For the solo qualifiers, players should play ranked modes on Frontline, Hardpoint, Search and Destroy, Team Deathmatch and Domination from April to May in order to qualify. Winning enough points in the solos will help teams squad up in the team qualifiers. All scoring for the open qualifiers will depend on the player’s rank and win/loss records.

By June, the Snapdragon Mobile Challenge Season will begin and will feature the best Call of Duty Mobile teams from around the world in a 128-team Swiss-bracket tournament to decide the top 8 teams who will move on to the next phase, while the Snapdragon Mobile Open Finals will be held to determine which team will represent the NA, EU, LATAM, India and Japan in the World Championships. APAC and China teams will qualify through Garena tournaments and China’s regional partners.

The 2024 Call of Duty Mobile World Championships, meanwhile, will feature a US$1 million prize pool.

The October move for the World Championship finals is a step towards a more compact season, as the CODM WC is usually held towards the latter months of the year, allowing for a more sustained and consistent ecosystem.
