Jesper Kvist, a representative of Challengermode, explained in an email to Expressen that several matches in one of the qualifiers started later than planned due to problems with service delivery from one of their cloud providers. They have been working intensively to minimize delays and apologize for any inconvenience caused to players and fans. To ensure that future qualifiers run smoothly, they have already implemented a number of technical improvements and measures.
