Call of Duty Warzone 2 unveils new server-side detection systems for the coming ranked beta. So, before the launch of Warzone Ranked, changes will be implemented by Team Ricochet to combat cheaters.

Call of Duty cheaters

Since the launch of Call of Duty, the game has been affected by many players who love to cheat. Unfortunately, despite the game developers’ attempts to solve this annoying problem, cheaters continue to affect games.

So Team Ricochet is making some necessary preparations for the Warzone Qualifier beta game. With these new changes, every cheater is expected to fail the first test.

New security measures against cheaters in Call of Duty

Team Ricochet announced some changes in the game’s security through his Twitter account yesterday. With these new measures, they intend to prevent cheaters from reaching the servers.

In the publication made by Team Ricochet, they highlight the changes in the security system. In addition, they reference other modifications that will come to the game and be implemented with the qualifying beta.

The game developers strive to create fun and competitive gaming experiences for all players who want to play their battle royale. So cheaters will have to deal with various controls that will, in one way or another, hinder attempts to create new accounts to avoid bans.

Team Ricochet has been in charge of developing new measures and tools to carry out investigations. In addition, they have been in charge of improving the third-party detection system. But that’s not all; Team Ricochet has implemented a password reset for all those accounts that are suspected of having been stolen, as well as the requirement of a minimum level of 45 to be able to participate in a ranked game.

Warzone 2 Ranked Mode Launched

The Warzone 2 Qualifier mode launch is scheduled for today, May 10, when all battle royale players can advance through the ranks and identify themselves as the best player.

Other Team Ricochet security measures

Recall that last April 5, Team Ricochet had already implemented some security measures in an attempt to put an end to cheaters finally.

The measure implemented at that time alerted players who used third-party programs in the game after multiple warnings. Cheating players ended up being permanently banned from every Call of Duty title.

These previously implemented measures succeeded in curbing some cheaters. However, the developers know there are many other problems with dealing with cheaters in the game.

With these new security measures, the community hopes every cheater will finally be out of Call of Duty.
