The emotions of the VCT EMEA League continue in the sixth week of the tournament, and we have that BBL and FUT got victories against KOI and KCorp, respectively, to leave very high the Turkish flag.

It was a spectacular day for the Turkish VALORANT, as both squads left everything on each map to take the victories. In addition, this is a huge blow for KOI and KCorp, which depend on a miracle to qualify for the tournament’s next stage.

FUT Esports destroy Karmine Corp 2-0

The boys of FUT Esports managed to deliver a tremendous blow to KCorp in this Week 6 match of the VCT EMEA League by defeating them with a resounding 2-0. Moreover, it’s not just the fact of the final score, but FUT was superior to their rivals during the whole series.

The series was played in Haven (FUT) and Ascent (KCorp).

Haven

It all started on Haven, the map pick of FUT Esports, and we witnessed an impressive display of power from Doğukan “qRaxs” Balaban, which finished with 210 ADR, 319 ACS, and a 1.59 Rating.

However, KCorp was the one who struck the first blow in the series by winning the first three rounds on the attacking side, but this was the only show of “dominance” the team had on this map. Finally, the first half ended with a partial score of 7-5 in favor of FUT Esports.

At the change of sides, KCorp again won the pistol round, but unlike the first half, FUT Esports responded immediately to win the second round. However, KCorp recovered and won the next round to get some “edge” on their defensive side. But, just like in the first half, the team completely disappeared, and FUT Esports took advantage of the great momentum qRaxs was experiencing to take a comfortable 13-8 victory.

Ascent

In Ascent, KCorp’s map pick, the protagonist on FUT’s side changed, as this time it was Konur “qw1” Şahin who dressed as the hero to lead his team to victory. FUT started off by winning the map on their defensive side with eight consecutive rounds, giving them a huge advantage.

With the score 8-4 in FUT’s favor, the second half began, and qw1 took it upon himself to shred KCorp’s defense to lead FUT to a crushing and comfortable 13-5 victory.

BBL Esports apply a reverse sweep to beat KOI

KOI started their series against BBL Esports extremely well, but the Turks reacted immediately and pulled off an excellent reverse sweep to take the 2-1 victory.

The KOI vs. BBL Esports series was played in Pearl (KOI), Ascent (BBL), and Bind (decider).

Pearl

KOI enforced their map selection at the start of the series, as they delivered a real thrashing that undoubtedly completely shocked the guys from BBL Esports. Nikita “trexx” Cherednichenko (186 ADR, 297 ACS, and 1.55 Rating) led the Spanish team to victory on this map.

KOI started extremely strong on the defensive side, winning nine of the first ten rounds they played. Thanks to this, the team managed a partial victory in the first half by 9-3. Trexx was responsible for repelling the Turkish attacks in this first half.

Then, at the change of sides, KOI won the first four rounds to seal their victory with a crushing 13-3 win.

Ascent

We moved to Ascent, the BBL Esports map pick, where we enjoyed a completely different match. This time, the Turks delivered the beating thanks to excellent play from Eren “Brave” Kasırga and Doğukan “QutionerX” Dural. KOI started the map winning the pistol round, but this did nothing but wake up BBL Esports, who managed to circumvent the defense of the Spanish team to take a partial victory by 9-3.

At the change of sides, the Turks demonstrated their superiority in their map pick, winning four rounds to take revenge with a 13-4 thrashing.

Bind

Finally, in Bind, we observed how the Turks showed total domination at every opportunity they could. KOI struck first and won the first three rounds, as in the first two maps. However, in a replica of what happened in the second map, BBL Esports managed to even the score 5-5 to finally take the partial victory by 7-5 in the first half.

Finally, at the change of sides, we saw a Turkish wall in Bind, which prevented all the attacks of KOI and took the victory with a comfortable score of 13-5.
