Fans are highly awaiting the VCT 2023 Americas Last Chance qualifiers which are scheduled to take place between the 15th to 23rd of July. Here is the complete information regarding all participating teams, format, complete schedule, and where to watch.

VCT 2023 Americas LCQ: All participating teams

Seven teams, who were unable to qualify for VCT Masters Tokyo and Champions through the VCT Americas league, will now compete in America’s Last Chance Qualifiers. The stakes are high as they vie for a coveted spot at the upcoming VALORANT Champions event in Los Angeles. The participating teams are as follows:

  • Leviatán
  • Cloud9
  • Sentinels
  • 100 Thieves
  • KRÜ Esports
  • MIBR
  • FURIA Esports

Format

These seven teams will be placed in brackets as per their performance in VCT Americas League. This will follow a hybrid elimination format. The 6th and 7th seed teams (MIBR, KRU) will compete in round 1 which will be single elimination.

Furthermore, from 3rd – 5th (Sentinels, 100 Thieves, FURIA Esports) seed teams will battle in the upper quarterfinal which will also be single elimination. The top two teams (Cloud 9, Leviatán) from the VCT Pacific league have been placed in the upper bracket semifinals which will follow a double-elimination format.

The lower bracket finals and grand finals will be played as a best-of-5 series. The team that emerges as the winner will secure the final slot for the Champions event in Los Angeles in August!

Schedule

The eight-day intense action of the LCQ for the America region will kick off on July 15th and will run up to July 23rd. It will be an offline event to take place in the presence of the audience. The Following are day wise schedule:

  • MIBR vs KRU – Upper Bracket Round 1 (July 15)
  • FURIA vs TBD – Upper Bracket Quarterfinals (July 16)
  • SEN vs 100T – Upper Bracket Quarterfinals (July 16)
  • LEV vs TBD –  Upper Bracket Semifinals (July 17)
  • C9 vs TBD – Upper Bracket Semifinals (July 17)
  • Upper Bracket Final, Lower Bracket Semifinal (July 18)
  • Lower Bracket Final (July 22)
  • Grand Final (July 23)

The tournament will be live-streamed on the official Valorant Champions Tour channel via popular platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and several regional streaming platforms, ensuring a wide reach.
