Logitech’s flagship; is one of the most reliable, adaptable, and established devices in the current catalog. It’s a gear-driven steering wheel. It has robust and simple pedals that allow for some highly intriguing customizations. Compatible and licensed with PS4 and therefore valid for PlayStation 5 at a much lower price than the new G923.

 

Thrustmaster T248: € 229.00

One of Thrustmaster’s new releases from 2021 is this hybrid dock with revamped T3PM pedals that is expected to be in a moderate price range to fight in the entry-level range. Cross-platform compatibility, decent pedals, and a tight price tag are the big bet for this range.

Thrustmaster’s range offers more modern and better-feeling belt mounts than Logitech, and one of their best sellers were this T300 for PlayStation 4. The problem is combining it with robust enough pedals (such as the T-LCM) and modifiable without going over budget.

 

GT DD PRO: € 699.00

The first Direct Drive base is available in such a reduced price range. The retail price of the PlayStation 5 pack starts at € 699 with 5Nm and two pedals. It will be available from the end of 2021. After that, increasing it up to 8Nm and adding a third pedal is possible.

 

Thrustmaster T-GT II: € 750

Recently introduced by Thrustmaster, this is the brand’s latest and most expensive set. It is aimed at console gamers and is the official product of the Gran Turismo saga, with the seventh installment as the protagonist. It is an updated version of the first version that we met five years ago and did not seem to offer external improvements. The retail price is € 750 for the complete pack, and it is compatible with PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, like its predecessor.
