According to reports from HLTV, Emil “Magisk” Reif will be joining Falcon’s CS roster, with two more renowned esports players potentially joining him.

Following the signing of head coach Danny “zonic” Sørensen, and Head of Performance, Lars Robl, earlier this month, the Saudi organization Falcons is about to make another high-profile signing. According to reports from HLTV, Falcon has signed four-time CS:GO Major champion and Vitality star, Magisk to its CS2 lineup. If the reports are accurate, Magisk will be the first member of Falcon’s “super teams” for CS2, with more renowned players to join soon.

Magisk becomes the second former Astralis player to leave Vitality, after longtime comrade Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen, who joined Heroic after being benched by Vitality. Additionally, Magisk’s move to Falcon will reunite Magisk with Sonic, his former coach, with whom he previously achieved success with Astralis and Vitality.

Zonic and Magisk have proven to be an extremely formidable pair. Together, the two have won four Majors—three with the Danish organization, Astralis and one with the French organization, Vitality. Their history is legendary. An identical influx of victories and outstanding performances for the Saudi squad is anticipated following their reunion with the Falcons.

Falcons add the first member to its CS 2 super team:

The addition of Magisk is only the beginning of the Falcons’ quest to become a great squad; the roster overhaul process is far from over. According to reports, the Saudi organization is also in negotiations with other prominent figures, including Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer, and Nikola “NiKo” Kovač.

Even though talks are still in progress, the prospective inclusion of these players would strengthen the Falcons’ standing as both a regional superteam and an international phenomenon. Under zonic’s direction, a mix of fresh talent and seasoned veterans promises the Saudi Arabian organization a future full of triumphs.

Although the Saudi organization is apparently in talks with more elite players, it is yet unknown who the team would let go in order to make room for all of these possible additions. Falcons currently has a roster led by the French IGL Nathan ‘NBK-‘ Schmitt. The organization, which debuted in the esports scene in 2021, has not qualified for a Major despite fielding other talented athletes such as Laurențiu “lauNX” ^ârlea and Mohammad “BOROS” Malhas. Their most recent noteworthy accomplishment was placing in the top 16 at Gamers8.

If the reports are accurate, Falcons’ CS lineup will include:

  • Emil “Magisk” Reif
  • Alexandre “bodyy” Pianaro
  • Miłosz “mhL” Knasiak
  • Laurențiu “lauNX” Țârlea
  • Mohammad “BOROS” Malhas
  • Nathan ‘NBK-‘ Schmitt (IGL)
  • Danny “zonic” Sørensen (Head Coach)
  • Lars Robl (Head of Performance)
