One of the most prominent Call of Duty: Warzone 2 streamers has just been banned from Twitch. Former professional Fortnite player now turned diehard Warzone lover Aydan is currently unable to access his account on the platform.

Aydan has been banned for seven days by the Twitch streaming platform for the first time in his career as a content creator. According to the player himself on his social networks, this ban was allegedly for showing “sexually explicit behavior” in one of his broadcasts.

Aydan’s statement on Twitter

Aydan is banned for seven days from Twitch unless he proves that he has not violated the platform’s terms and conditions, and the ban is revoked.

Aydan stated:

“I just wanted to let you know I’ve been suspended from Twitch for 7 days for sexually explicit conduct”,

“Not sure what the game plan is, but I just wanted to be transparent with you guys and keep you updated.”

His Tweet has more than 200 replies and nearly 3,000 likes since he posted it.

Aydan was banned for “s3xu@lly explicit conduct.”

It’s no secret that Twitch has been known for suspending accounts of different users in strange and, in many cases, senseless ways. Unfortunately, now it has been Aydan’s turn to suffer these consequences.

The Twitch platform has in its regulations the following guideline:

“Users are prohibited from transmitting, uploading, soliciting, offering and linking pornographic or sexually explicit content.”

This ban has come as a surprise to everyone

For those of us who know (virtually speaking) Aydan and have been following him since his early days as a content creator in Call of Duty: Warzone, we can be astonished by this ban. We are sure that this particular point of the rules has not been violated.

And other professional players are just as surprised as we are, such is the case of NYSL Swish, a professional COD Warzone player of Subliners in the Call of Duty League who responded to his Tweet:

Aydan, before being banned

Before receiving the Twitch ban, Aydan played the $25,000 Sadie Hawkins Warzone 2 tournament.

Recall that Aydan has been one of the most popular Warzone players in recent months, and his viewership increased significantly after the release of Warzone 2. The average audience increased by 32 percent, with viewership peaking at 20,000 and accumulating more than 1.6 million hours of playtime.

Possible cause of the ban

One possible cause of this suspension is that Aydan is prone to make some sexual gestures during his broadcasts. Still, his frequent followers know that this is comical, not suggestive, behavior.

For example, doing things like this:
