About Myriad Esports
The Myriad Esports organization broadcasts Mobile Legends games live on its Facebook page. This company began broadcasting last August 2022.
Less than a year after the creation of the Myriad Esports team, Alden Richards seeks to form solid foundations and get the community’s support.
About Alden Richards
Richard Reyes Faulkerson, Jr, popularly known as Alden Richards, is a Filipino actor, television host, model and singer currently part of the GMA Television Network team.
He became known in television series, mainly in dramas such as Alakdana, Tween Hearts, One True Love, Carmela, and The Road, and in two segments of two variety show television programs such as “Kalyeserye” and “Eat Bulaga.”
During the last few years, Richards has expressed his interest in the world of esports, and a sign of this has been the creation of this new team Myriad Esports and, subsequently, the Myriad Esports Cup tournament.
Myriad Esports Cup
Through his Instagram profile, Richards announced the Myriad Esports Cup last November, where a prize pool of P500,000 (approximately USD 9,000) will be played for.
Undoubtedly, the prize pool was impressive only a few months after Myriad Esports started broadcasting.
With Alden Richards’ announcement regarding Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, a significant change is expected in the professional esports scene. Not only in the competitive arena, as Richards could set high standards in the management of training camps, as well as advocate for the welfare of amateur league players.
