Scripting
Scripting is a process in which a player enables hacks to gain an advantage during a match. Valve has officially prohibited the use of scripts due to it messing with the competitive integrity of the professional scene.
The allegation happened during the Winter Tour series against Indonesian team DrinkWater. The accusation was based on the gameplay of KSH playing Morphling, a hero that can toggle its attributes to either gain health or damage. While getting ganked by the invisible enemy, KSH toggled the attributes immediately while he was farming creeps.
Due to the disqualification of Yangon Galacticos, DrinkWater has advanced to Division II for the first tour DPC 2022-2023 season.

Response claiming innocence
Following the incident, Yangon Galacticos released an official statement that the team had no knowledge of the players using scripting software and that the players truly play to the best performance every match to secure a slot at DPC.
The organization also stated that all of the players from Yangon Galacticos are playing with their own morality and dignity. Furthermore, they are reportedly willing to collaborate in the investigation.
A day later, the accused KSH too spoke about the incident, denying the allegations made against him. He also claimed that he had no prior knowledge about what scripting is and that he had to Google it after being accused of it.
Yangon Galacticos also backed the player stating that KSH is a “gold tier” Morphling player and that he is fully aware of getting ganked after his teammate tipped him full information about him going to get ganked by the enemy.
After nearly a week after the initial video, he made another detailed explanation video of the situation, which drew mixed reactions from the Dota 2 community.
No remorse for scripters
The incident occurred just days after PGL and Valve gave a lifetime ban to multiple players for account sharing and impersonating other players. It is also important to note there have been past instances where players were accused of scripting and hacking.
Even the current The International Champion Neta “33” Shapira has been under the same accusation. His micro abilities on Broodmother during a match against Team Spirit sparked the debate on whether editing config files can be considered as hacking. The final verdict was considered a grey area and no penalty nor punishment was issued.
Yangon Galacticos has published a statement that they are ready to prove their innocence, requesting Valve’s guidance with the incident.
I heard people need to remove some config file from their dota2 in order to do this. We've encountered this multiple times lately. @DOTA2 @DreamHackDota Is this ok to do in DPC? I personally don't see any difference from doing this to using a script. pic.twitter.com/Rdwa6KcU5K
