Wild Rift’s Patch 6.2, titled “Powers Unbound” (also known as Soulforce Awakening), is shaping up to be one of the most feature-rich updates in the game’s history. The patch builds upon the Dual Nova event and introduces new champions, a massive progression system, reworked items and enchantments, map changes, behavioural improvements, ranked system tweaks, and much more.
Soulforce Awakening Event in Wild Rift Patch 6.2
The 6.2 Patch is all set to launch on July 17, 2025 (UTC). The heart of Patch 6.2 is the Soulforce Awakening event, which encourages players to explore six emotional energies: Fun, Friendly, Battle, Hard Work, Growth, and Collection through various game modes, missions, and interactions.
Progressing in the event fills a Soulforce Box displayed via a stunning stained-glass interface in-game. The box features 12 reward tiers, offering items like Ore, Trial Cards, and exclusive Aurora chroma skins, with a guaranteed chroma skin every 10 draws.
