Who will win DPC Tour 3 in each region?

The final Tour of the current Dota Pro Circuit is nearing its end and the best teams from each... Radu M. | 12. July 2022

The final Tour of the current Dota Pro Circuit is nearing its end and the best teams from each of the six regions will be greatly rewarded for their results.

The points they’ll receive may secure them a ticket to The International 2022. But just as important, they will be invited to take part in the last DPC Major of the season.

Western Europe

In WEU, OG and Tundra Esports have already qualified for the upcoming Arlington Major, which is scheduled to take place between August 4-14. But the battle for the number 1 spot in the league and the two remaining Major tickets is still open. OG and Tundra have the exact same record, 5 W – 1 L, and just one match left to play.

The winner will be decided on July 13. However, if both teams win their final match, there will be a tiebreaker in the coming days. The battle for the third and fourth places involves Entity, Team Liquid, and Team Secret.

Meanwhile, in Division II, Nigma Galaxy have a perfect record (6 W – 0 L) and will play their last match of the tour against Into The Breach (6 W – 0 L). Both teams have qualified to Division I for the first tour of the next DPC.

Eastern Europe

In Eastern Europe, the situation is very close. Natus Vincere, Outsiders, and Team Spirit are currently tied for first place with a record of 5 W – 1 L and one match left to play. The region has received three invites to the Major, and all of these teams are likely to qualify. The league winner will be decided on July 15 or after the tiebreaker.

North America

The situation in this region is dramatic. There are only two available tickets to the Major and three teams are fighting for them: Quincy Crew (6 W – 0 L), Evil Geniuses (5 W – 1 L), and nouns (5 W – 1 L). Unfortunately for EG, their last match will be against Quincy Crew, while nouns will play an easy match against 5RATFORCESTAFF.

South America

In South America, there are two available spots for the Major and three teams are fighting for them: beastcoast (5 W – 1 L), Thunder Awaken (5 W – 1 L), and Infamous (4 W – 2 L). This week, on July 15, we will know who won the league and the Major tickets.

China

In China, the battle for the four available Major tickets is fierce. No less than six teams are still able to get them. Royal Never Give Up have already qualified, having a record of 5 W – 2 L. But there are two other teams who could equalize and force a tiebreaker, and then there are three more teams who need just one more victory to be third-fourth.

Almost certainly, there will be two tiebreakers in this region. We will know the results by the end of this week.

Southeast Asia

In the SEA region, BOOM Esports (6 W – 1 L) continue to impress, but Talon Esports (5 W – 1 L), Fnatic (4 W – 2 L), and RST (4 W – 2 L) are close behind them. There’s a high chance that Talon will force a tiebreaker for first place by winning their last match of the tour against RSG. The results will be known on July 14.

This region has received three invites to the Major.
