Following the end of his adventure in women’s VALORANT, Jeremy “Disguised Toast” Wang has hinted that he aims to get into more esports titles. And just like in the past, he asked his fans and the community for ideas.

The popular streamer and content creator debuted on the esports scene earlier this year with a male VALORANT lineup. The team qualified for the North American Challengers on their first try and, despite some difficulties, became a fan favorite, averaging over 73,000 viewers during Split 1 of the league, according to Esports Charts.

Disguised Toast’s VALORANT endeavor

The first line-up wasn’t enough: last month, the streamer signed a second all women’s team to compete in the VCT Game Changers qualifiers. The team, led by four popular VALORANT streamers, failed to qualify and was subsequently dropped, however, it still proved to be a huge success which contributed to the swift rise in the region’s viewership numbers.

Before both actions, Disguised Toast asked his Twitter followers for advice on which players to sign. Just a few days ago, he reached out to his community again and tweeted which esports title he should jump into next, and the replies weren’t long in coming.

Community makes suggestions

The community’s reactions to Disguised Toast’s tweet varied. For instance, OpTic Creative Director Davis “Hitch” Edwards suggested Toast should get into Call of Duty, saying that “the DSG CDL arc is what people really want to see.”

Many fans encouraged him to join the fighting game community, where a handful of organizations like Luminosity and Ludwig’s Moist Esports have made big strides in the past few weeks and plan to take off in the near future. Furthermore, five top Super Smash Bros. players recently became free agents after CLG was acquired by NRG.

One of those players, Cody Schwab, who recently won the MAJOR UPSET: Melee in Portland, agrees with the idea and posted the following tweet in response to the Disguised Toast message: “Please.”

Other alternatives mentioned included big and well-known titles like Teamfight Tactics, CS2, Pokémon, League of Legends, and PUBG Mobile.

Although it might take some time before Disguised Toast picks the title for his next esports venture, it seems that the possibility of the streamer expanding his portfolio and signing even more esports teams is quite realistic, so let’s wait and see what he has in his sleeve next. So far, esports has been quite a success for Toast.
