Valorant players are once again showing how much difference a gaming community can make when they come together. Riot Games has confirmed that its recent Give Back // V25 bundle has successfully raised more than $5 million for charity. With that, the total contribution from Valorant players to Riot’s Social Impact Fund has now reached $23 million since it all started a few years ago.
What is in the Give Back // V25 Bundle?
This bundle got released on May 15, 2025, and people were already hyped from leaks and teasers.
Skins included were:
- Cryostasis Vandal.
- Xerofang Ghost.
- Recon Phantom.
- Prime Classic.
- Valiant Hero Operator.
- And a few extras like spray, card and buddy.
Riot said that 50% of weapon skins earnings and 100% of accessories are being donated. Partnered with ImpactAssets for handing over those donations properly.
Fundraising Records & Some Numbers

Interestingly, this year the fundraiser broke some of its records, with more than $5 million. Last year, it was like $4.3 million or so. Back in 2021, it was $5.5 million, which was then the highest.
All these bundles over the years collected around $23 million in total. It’s no small amount when you think of all the people helped. All accessory money goes to charity. For weapon skins, only half goes (the rest probably covers dev and ops). ImpactAssets does the reviewing and grant distribution. There’s also voting and nominations by players sometimes. It’s a well-thought-out system, although not everyone knows the details. Riot also does employee matching and separate donations, but that is counted differently than this.
The Social Impact Fund — What Does It Do?

So Riot has this Social Impact Fund, which started in 2019 (before Valorant was even out). It’s not just random charity, they use it to support things like Education for communities, Civic engagement, Economic growth, and Environmental action
The money goes to 450+ nonprofits in around 28 countries, and they try to make sure those organisations are reviewed by ImpactAssets before any grants go out. They don’t give to political or religious orgs either, to keep it fair.
Since VALORANT introduced the Give Back Bundle in 2021, players have collectively raised over $23 million, with an additional $5 million coming from this year’s Give Back Bundle, it’s clear this in‑game fundraiser is a powerful tool.
Players said it feels good to buy skins that do more than just look nice. Some even said they voted for nonprofits that help their hometowns.
More bundles are expected later this year or next. Riot will probably share which organisations get funded from this year’s money. Community voting will likely stay as part of future bundles. So far, it’s working. And players are asking for more chances to do this again.
