With the conclusion of the VALORANT Challengers leagues, the 10 best teams from around the world have gathered at BritAma Arena in Jakarta, Indonesia for VALORANT Ascension Pacific 2024. The tournament, which is the final one for the VALORANT Challengers year, will be held on September 20 until September 29. Here, we will give you the list of teams and the current updates on the Valorant Ascension Pacific 2024 brackets.
Battle Format and Prize Pool
The Valorant Ascension Pacific 2024 will be fought with a double elimination bracket. The early stages will be battled out in a best of three match. Meanwhile, the lower bracket finals and grand finals are both set to have a best of five match series.
A total of teams will battle it out for the top spot, which gets them a share of 20,000 USD from the 100,000 USD overall prize pool. The single team that comes out as victors are also granted a ticket that will ascend them to the VCT Pacific 2025.
The Top 10 Teams From The Challenger Series
Ten teams from the Pacific Region will shoot it out for a shot at the VCT Pacific 2025. Their matchups were drawn and decided based on their previous performance in the Ascension last year, with Japan’s RIDDLE and Malaysia/Singapore’s Disguised gaining an advantage. Here are the top ten teams:

The Current Bracket
As of September 23, the Valorant Ascension Pacific 2024 is already in the heat of the crossfire with some teams getting shot down already.
Here are the results of every match so far:
September 20
Matches in the Upper Bracket Round 1 featured the four teams who got eliminated in the group stage of Ascension 2023. The first match was for Sin Prisa Gaming versus Revenant Esports, and Sin Prisa Gaming moved up with a score of 2-0. In Match 2, we had FULL SENSE against Oblivion Force which was dominated by FULL SENSE with a score of 2-0.
After the first two matches, NAOS Esports and BOOM Esports fought it out in the first game of the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals. Maintaining their performance, BOOM Esports swept their opponents with a 0-2 score.
September 21
The Upper Bracket Quarterfinals continued into the tournament’s second day, consisting of three matches. JFT Esports and Rapid Lofi exchanged blazing shots in the first match with JFT advancing with a 2-0 score. RIDDLE ORDER fought mightily but suffered a 0-2 defeat against Sin Prisa Gaming in the next match. In the last quarterfinals match, FULL SENSE gained their second win, knocking down Disguised to the lower brackets with a 2-0 score.
September 22
Two matches for the Lower Bracket Round 1 commenced on the third day, as well as the first Upper Bracket Semifinals match. We saw NAOS Esports going against Oblivion Force in the first game, and NAOS forced their opponent out of the tournament with a 2-0 win. Match 2 saw Revenant Esports erase Rapid Lofi on the list with a 2-0 sweep as well.
The first Upper Bracket Semifinals game showcased the skill of both.
September 23
FULL SENSE and JFT Esports brawled in the second game of the Upper Bracket Semifinals, but FS eventually triumphed over JFT, scoring 2-0 .
RIDDLE and NAOS Esports went on a shoot out to ascend to the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals with RIDDLE getting the upper hand with a 2-1 score.
Future Matches
With all that so far, only six matches are left until the champion is declared. We are awaiting the start of the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals where we will have JFT Esports versus RIDDLE and BOOM Esports against Disguised. The winners of both games will then face each other in the Lower Bracket Semifinal.
Meanwhile, Sin Prisa Gaming and FULL SENSE are already far ahead, set to fight in a battle at the Upper Bracket Final. Both teams have yet to be defeated in this tournament. One will eventually fall to the Lower Bracket Final and one will ascend to the Grand Final, a step closer to the VCT Pacific 2025 dream.

The Valorant Ascension Pacific 2024 have had its fair share of unexpected turn of events, from it having to relocate because of conflicts at Tokyo, to the upsets for the two seeded teams.
