There’s something for everyone in this multi-game esports tournament, hosting a variety of genres in a span of 8 weeks. Well, let’s dive into the Esports World Cup 2025 game list!
EWC 2025 Tournament Details
Big competitions from various game titles are once again gathering in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for EWC’s second year. While there are no exact dates for the whole festival, we know that it will be held around July to August 2025. The EWC is sponsored by the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) and ESL FACEIT Group.
A total of four venues will accommodate the event, some dedicated to one genre of games. One game will occupy each venue at a time.
- Qiddiya Arena
- STC Play Gaming Hall
- Amazon Arena ( for 5v5 games)
- STC Arena (for battle royale games)
Additionally, festival or backstage areas may also be set up by some games.
Club Competition
While individual tournaments have their own format, rules, and qualifications, there’s also a Club Competition for the whole event. In the Club Competition, all participating organizations can place in the Top 16 for big prizes. The ranking will be based on points accumulated by their teams across different games.
It was Team Falcon who went home with $7M USD after placing first this year. In 2025, with an expected number of 25 featured games and thus a larger number of players, it’s intriguing to guess which organization will win.
