Thunderpick, the*gamehers expand partnership

Women-focused gaming and esports community platform the*gamehers has extended its partnership with esports crypto betting company Thunderpick.

This continued collaboration will focus on projects highlighting women in esports and gaming through 2025.

Ongoing projects and new initiatives

As part of the extended deal, the*gamehers and Thunderpick will work on various initiatives, including brand features, Twitch streams with platform ambassadors, and the hosting of a bi-annual esports tournament. These projects aim to support and promote female participation in esports.

The partnership between the*gamehers and Thunderpick began in January 2024, leading to the creation of a Counter-Strike 2 Pro-Am tournament series. This series provided female-led teams with opportunities to compete in the North American qualifiers for the Thunderpick World Championship 2024.

Thunderpick is establishing itself as a prominent esports betting platform through numerous partnerships and tournaments. In March, it secured a multi-year deal with Scandinavian organization Heroic, becoming its exclusive global betting sponsor. Additionally, Thunderpick partnered with Evil Geniuses in May 2023, further solidifying its presence in the esports industry.
