This a clue to the upcoming Apex Legend

The last two weeks of Apex Legends Eclipse are underway; the game will end on February 13, 2023. With the start of a new season, players and leakers are anticipating new material to be released, such as map updates, weapon balancing, and introducing a new legend.

Rumors of the following character for season 16

Ballistic, the rumored next playable character in Season 16, is now the subject of the most intense speculation by leakers. The biggest hint centers on a unique interaction in the game and could have hinted at his upcoming appearance in Apex.

A few months back, a legendary had a unique animation when picking up the CAR submachine gun that belongs to Ballistic. Bangalore was the only legendary to load the weapon when equipping a CAR for the first time; all other legendaries had just picked it up without any interaction.

Earlier legendaries, such as Gibraltar with the Peacekeeper, Fuse with the 30-30 Repeater, Mad Maggie with the Mastiff, and Vantage with the Sentry, used specific weapon equipping and inspection animations. Additional game data matching the historical legends’ weapons extraction movements reinforced the connection between Bangalore’s CAR equipment and Ballistic.

Ballistic’s connections to the character’s idea

The character of Ballistic, who is said to be an arms dealer in the Outlands, is consistent with the idea that he possesses a distinctive animation for CAR.

He may have contacts with Kuben Blisk, besides that, the Apex Games commissar, who might have collaborated with Ballistic. Thus bringing him into the competition due to his experience and skills. Ballistic’s ability connects to the unique and flexible weapon; plus, the CAR is currently the only weapon that can switch between light and heavy ammunition and fits seamlessly into the Apex universe.

A weapon belt from Ballistic’s leaked kit grants him the passive ability to carry a third gun without any attachments. With his tactical power, Smart Bullet, he can hit his opponents and cause their weapons to overheat. In addition, it inflicts damage over time as a thermite bomb would. Ballistic’s ultimate ability, Weapon Booster, grants the entire team a qualification that increases movement speed. On the other hand, for a brief period, reload speed and infinite ammunition grants the third weapon in the harness golden attachments.

Apex Season 15 will end on February 13, with Season 16 launching shortly after that. Players have plenty of time to learn the new mythology and experiment with map and weapon changes. Also, unlock all the Battle Pass rewards because each season lasts, on average, three months.
