Twelve elite Valorant teams are set to compete in Toronto as they vie for the championship title and a significant cash prize. Representing four regions—Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and China—these squads have earned their place by excelling in Stage 1 of their respective international leagues.

Beginning June 7, 2025, the tournament will unfold over three weeks, concluding with the grand final on June 22. In addition to the title, teams will contend for Championship Points, further raising the stakes in this highly competitive event.

The Valorant Masters Toronto brings together twelve of the top teams from the VCT Pacific, Americas, China, and EMEA leagues. Each region awarded its top three performers with a place in the event. The highest-ranked team from each league enters directly into the playoffs, while the other two will start their run in the Swiss Stage.

Each region crowned a champion who advanced straight to the playoffs. These include RRQ from the Pacific, XLG Esports for China, G2 Esports out of the Americas, and Fnatic representing EMEA. Runner-ups and third-place teams—the likes of Gen.G, Sentinels, Bilibili Gaming, and others—continue their campaigns in the initial Swiss Stage, where they compete for a playoff berth.

RRQ, XLG Esports, G2 Esports, and Fnatic join the tournament after a dominant stage showing, occupying crucial playoff spots. The remaining eight teams aim to fight their way through the Swiss Stage for the remaining slots. The group represents a wide geographic spread and a balance of rising talent and established organizations.
