What is Tocker’s Trial in TFT?

Riot has been trying out different PvE elements and challenges in the TFT for a while now. Ranging from the simple Minion and Scuttle Crabs to more crazy things like Monster Attack mode.

And that didn’t stop there, they want to continuously grow the challenge for new TFT. The Challenge will be pushed to the boundaries even further to give us purely PvE rounds.

TFT: Release Date

Get ready to mark your calendars, because this time, new PvE mode is coming on August 27, 2024 until September 24, 2024 with patch 14.17!

Before its official release, players can initially access the mode, and have a sneak peak. Just hop or visit the Public Beta Environment (PBE) to test it out early and provide your feedback to the Riot Games!

Although Tocker’s Trial is under an experimental mode, the developers were eager to bring this experience to the next level.

What’s New in Tocker’s Trials

Here are some things to expect in Tocker’s Trial:

Magic Mayhem At the Core: You will be using the same champion set and current set of augments. You will be earning some gold and a chance of leveling up just like the regular game. Of course, this will be a regular TFT match but without charms.

30 Rounds, 6 Bosses, 3 Lives: the challenge will be starting from here. Starting out is simple but it gets more difficult as you play. The TFT players will be facing a new set of bosses that instead of trying to kill them, you have to survive! You only have 3 lives just like the old one and if you lose it all, it’s game over.

Solo Queue and No Timers: This is all about players who are against the game. There will be no timers that allow you to strategize your gameplay. So, there is no rushing because you can take as long as you need to think and act on your own strategy.

Chaos Mode: If you are finding a real challenge, you should have to try the Chaos Mode. As the name implies, this is harder than the normal modes that you can encounter. There are all sorts of things that can happen. This mode creates unpredictable twists, so you have to be quick on your feet to figure out what’s going on and adapt.
Rack Up a High Score and Share your Results: the rounds you win, the more chances of points you will get. Show off your score to your friends and determine who’s the best.
