Viktor 

Nerfed for overpowered play due to his dominance on other champions in the game:

  • Damage Death Ray: 70/175/2000 to 50/180/2000.
  • Laser True Damage: From 35/90/1000 to 25/90/1000.
  • Magic Damage: From 120/300/9999 to 100/300/9999.

Singed

  • His durability was reduced from 50%/50%/60% to 50%/50%/55%.

Violet

  • Attack damage reduction from 50/75/113 to 46/69/104.

Camille

  • Attack damage at current stages was 52/78/117 from 50/75/113.

Nocturne

  • Reduced Attack Damage from 65/98/146 to 63/95/142.

Zeri

  • Attack Damage from 45/68/101 to 48/72/108.

Malzahar

  • Inflicted damage from infections slightly increased from 14 to 15.

Ekko

  • Damage changes applied for “Splitting Seconds”:
  • His presence in late-game situations was increased by taking it from 290 to 300 primary damage.
  • Secondary damage dialed back from 145 to 150.

Silco

  • Reduced monstrosity damage from 38%/57%/100% to 36%/55%/100%.

Loris

  • Mana went from 50/90 to 40/80.

Trait Updates

Artillerist

  • Damage increased for six-piece setup to 60-70%, with rockets now launching with every four attacks instead of five. Artillerists deal rocket that deals 125/125/250% attack damage around the target once with every 5/5/4 attacks.

Conqueror

  • Opening a War Chest will now unlock 5% increased damage per attack instead of 3% and gain power per ability.

Sniper

  • Damage per hex was increased from 16% to 18% for four-piece setups and from 35% to 36% for six-piece setups, along with an additional 5 attack range.

Sorcerer

  • Your team gets 10 Ability Power bonus with the Sorcerers having the added boost. Reaching tier 8, AP scales from 125 to 110, and your champions also start reducing the damage deals to their targets by up to 25% for some time, which is actually 3 seconds.

Find Your Center

  • Champions now spawn into combat from the middle of the front row.

Built Different

  • Buffed health scaling from 240−530 to now a more significant range of 300−600. Lastly, the attack speed scale has been set from now a 45−60% range to a max of 75%.

Cloning Facility

  • The center position of the third row will now place an empowered hex.

Family Crest

  • Receive only a Family Emblem, instead of a Family Emblem with a Violet.

An Exalted Adventure

  • Get a Lesser Champion Duplicator at the beginning of each of the next three stages.

Birthday Present

  • Maximum champion cost tier has been capped to 5-cost.

Family Crown

  • Get only a Family Emblem and Redemption instead of getting the Family Emblem and Redemption along with Vander and Violet.

Item Changes

Destabilized Chemtank

  • Shield Value: 20% to 25% increase.
  • Receives another shield equal to 10% of maximum health at every 8 seconds.

Destabilized Chemtank II

  • Shield Value: Increased from 35% to 50%.
  • Obtain another shield with a value equal to 10% of total health every 8 seconds.

Perfected Destabilized Chemtank

  • Base HP: increased to 999 from 600.
  • It gives a shield equal to 60% of max health. Gain an additional shield equal to 20% of maximum health every 4 seconds.
  • Once gaining the shield, throw a chemical vial at up to three nearby enemies, causing magic damage equal to 15% of total maximum health damage, formerly 10%.

Perfected Flesh Ripper

  • Bonus Vial Damage: Increased to 15% from 10%.
  • Base AD: Increased from 45% to 60%.

Perfected Piltoven Hexarmor

  • Gets 5 Armor and Magic Resist upon taking damage which will now stack up from 10 to 15.

Perfected Shimmerbloom

  • Shielding & Healing Increase: Changed from 60% to 50%.
  • Shield Received: Reduced from 600 to 400, but will last for 10 more seconds, applying it to the three most damaged allies.
  • With each time allies are protected or restored, they gain 25 Ability Power (from 30 previously) and 25% increased Attack Speed (from 30 previously).

Perfected Unleashed Toxins

  • Casting abilities now unleash a wave of toxins, dealing 200 magic damage (previously 450) and stunning the affected targets for 1 second (previously 1.5 seconds).

Perfected Virulent Virus

  • AP: Change 75 AP down to 50 AP.
  • Bonus Damage Reduction: Was at 25%, then decreased to 20%.
  • At death, they become allies, having a pool of 1200 health (formerly 1600), which decays for 8 seconds.

Trickster’s Glass

  • Summons a clone having 70% of your max hp alongside +10% max mana.
  • New clone base health: 70%
