One of the world’s most well-known esports organizations, Team Secret, has hinted that it will compete in Mobile Legends Esports by acquiring a Malaysian squad.

Team Secret is well known globally for its teams in games such as DOTA 2 and VALORANT. In addition, the organization is active in participating in mobile spots, with its presence in the popular PUBG Mobile title. They had also explored the Savage Rift before disbanding their squad the previous year.

Fans have long wondered if Team Secret would join the competition, as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports is one of the most lucrative esports scenes in recent times.

In recent publications, Team Secret has essentially confirmed that it will be joining MLBB esports by acquiring a Malaysian roster. Therefore, team Secret’s first step will be to enter the competitive scene in MLBB esports.

Acquisition of the Orange Esports lineup by Team Secret

Team Secret expressed their interest in Mobile Legends Esports through a post on their Facebook page shortly after the conclusion of last year’s M4 Championship, in which ECHO became world champions.

Team Secret writes in a Facebook post:

“What’s up, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang?”

Later, Team Secret CEO John Yao was seen scouting MLBB free players and polling his followers on whether or not to sign an MLBB team.

Meanwhile, Team Secret is an MLBB team; former members of Orange Esports founded it. Remember, Orange Esports placed third in the MPL-MY Season 10 before dropping from the league.

In one of Team Secret’s most recent Twitter posts, the team includes a Malaysian flag in the caption, confirming the acquisition of the Malaysian team. The team will likely consist primarily of Malaysian players who have previously competed for Orange Esports. The roster may include the following players:

If the rumors are true, the roster will include the following players:

  • Muhammad “Neo” Ahmad
  • Wan Mohamad Danish Danish “Subway” Safwan Bin Mohd Sakirin
  • Hazziq Danish “Stormie” Bin Mohamad Rizwan
  • Luk “Valenz” Yip
  • Muhammad Aiman “Aim” Bin Mohamad Abas

Regular season

Moonton announced that Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s regular season will take offline at Juara Stadium in Kuala Lumpur. No details about ticket purchases are available yet but expect complete information soon.

The regular season of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is scheduled to start on March 10. It will also include several changes, such as reducing the length of the season from eight weeks to six.
