After months of speculation, Esports organisation Team Entropiq has finally confirmed their entry into the competitive CS:GO scene, with the Czech’s announcing their roster on social media on Wednesday. Having competed in up and coming games including FIFA, VALORANT and PUBG since the team was founded at the beginning of the year, Entropiq announced their entry to CS:GO back in March.

The announcement of their five-man CS:GO roster drew significant interest from fans and other Esports organisations this week. The organisation’s official blog let visitors know that their five man CS:GO roster would be made up by Zdeněk “daxen” Dušek, Lukáš “capseN” Koláčný, Filip “AJTT” Dolenský, Jan “HONES” Urválek, and Michal “leckr “Kadlíček. Meanwhile, Matěj “Forji” Kmiť will be the coach of the newly formed team, with the Slovak former pro having carried out a similar role for the likes of Majestic Lions, Team Brute and eXtatus over recent years.

Can Team Entropiq Make an Impact in CS:GO?

Entropiq has made a big impact since its launch in December last year, with the organisation having wasted little time in building its Esports empire. Team founder Martin Kabrhel announced that Entropiq would launch a CS:GO roster earlier in the year, with time having been taken to ensure that they get the right names in.

It is likely that fans will be able to catch a glimpse of the newly formed team in action at the upcoming Tipsport COOL Liga, where they will take on Universe and Gifted in a doubleheader. Entropiq are also set to feature in CS:GO Fight Night, with both events giving fans and other organisations a better understanding of just how competitive they can be.

Entropiq has made no secret of their ambition to get their famous black and green colours in the CS:GO top 10, with it having been a long time since a Czech/Slovak organisation made an impact and were able to defeat the games biggest teams. With their new roster featuring a good mix of experience and youth, it would not be a surprise should Entropiq find their feet relatively quickly.
