Félix “xQc” Lengyel has received a ban from GTA V Roleplay server NoPixel 3.0, with the popular streamer having been notified while attempting to connect earlier this week. It is understood that the ban is indefinite, with the reason still being unknown. The Canadian was hit with a message stating “talk required with staff.”

Some have suggested that the ban came about because of xQc’s interference of a race on the server. The Canadian rammed into competitors, thus effecting their competitiveness. The other parties involved were unsurprisingly not pleased, especially given the fact that xQc seemingly had little motivation for such actions. This is particularly puzzling because the server is Roleplay-based.

What Other Reasons Could Be Given for xQc’s Ban?

However, others believe that the ban is more innocent than it appears. One theory claims that xQc must simply open unread messages from the NoPixel admin team in order to get his account reinstated. Others have alluded to the fact that they have received the same, or similar, messages in the past, which had gone unnoticed.

For those unfamiliar, NoPixel 3.0 is the newest GTA V mod, offering a host of additional features within roleplay on the multiplayer game mode. Having an Esports personality with the following of xQc has certainly been beneficial to NoPixel, however some have not been so happy with his involvement.

Why Not Everyone is Happy with xQc’s Involvement on NoPixel

The popular content creator has been involved in a variety of controversial moments, many of which have forced NoPixel admin to get involved. This includes accusations targeting fellow streamer Jaryd “Summit1G” Lazar. xQc stated his belief that Summit1G metagamed in a bid to take him down when behind the wheel. Lazar hit back by accusing xQc of doing the same himself.

xQc can appeal his ban, however it remains to be seen as to what course of action he will take. We will bring you the latest developments on this as they occur, with it not coming as a surprise should the streamer be reinstated sooner rather than later.
