The entire former Luminosity Gaming lineup has been acquired by Shopify Rebellion as they enter the professional Valorant scene with their first male Valorant roster. The team will make their debut appearance under the Shopify Rebellion banner at the upcoming NA VCT Last Chance Qualifier.

Following less than a month as free agents, the former Luminosity Gaming lineup have found a new home. Shopify has officially signed Kaleb “moose” Jayne, Brandon “bdog” Sanders, Tanner “TiGG” Spanu, Adam “mada” Pampuch, and Will “dazzLe” Loafman after allegedly communicating with the roster for weeks.

Shopify has also hired Manager Connor Larkin and Head Coach Jared “mac” Schneider to oversee the management and coaching of the team. The organization will host the new roster at their Bootcamp, so they can grind for the upcoming Valorant tournaments.

The team’s journey with Luminosity

Earlier this month, the entire roster departed Luminosity Gaming, following the organization’s exit from professional Valorant on June 2nd. Although they had a decent time with Luminosity, they experienced many setbacks on their journey. They were able to claim spots in both 2022 NA VCT Challengers competitions, but due to a streak of subpar performances, they were unable to qualify for either of the Masters events.

Despite the rough season, the team managed to collect enough circuit points to qualify for the Last Chance Qualifier, which is scheduled to take place in August. The team will face FaZe, NRG, Sentinels,100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses, and Cloud9 for a ticket to VALORANT Champions 2022.

With this signing, Shopify now has both male and female rosters to represent the organization in professional Valorant. The female Game Changers roster has already proven their dominance in the NA region by participating in two consecutive VCT Game Changers grand finals. Despite losing both tournaments to Cloud9 White, the team’s exceptional performances won them a lot of loyal fans.

Shopify Rebellion’s Female Valorant roster

Shopify Rebellion appears to be expanding its territory, particularly in Valorant. Earlier this month, the organization applied to join Riot’s partnership program for Valorant leagues. Even though it will be challenging for Shopify Rebellion to secure the partnership given that Riot received more than 150 applications, the org’s actions show that it has great ambitions for Valorant.

Here’s the Shopify Rebellion’s Female Valorant lineup:

  • Kayla “flowerful” Horton
  • Diana “sonder” Zhang
  • Kiana “KP” Lytle
  • Lorrian “Lorri” Elad
  • Benita “bENITA” Novshadian

In addition to Valorant, the organization also fields a roster in Starcraft II, Rocket League, and Halo. However, the organization will have a great opportunity to make a statement in competitive Valorant at the upcoming LCQ by qualifying for Champions 2022.
