Rocket League has once again mixed high-octane vehicular soccer with seasonal festivity, this year sprinkling magic dust upon its annual holiday event. Frosty Fest 2025 runs from December 18, 2025, at 4 PM PT to January 7, 2026, at 4 PM PT and introduces the brand-new Hogwarts House Rivalry, letting players represent one of the famous Hogwarts houses from Harry Potter.
A Magical Competition: Hogwarts House Rivalry

This year’s Frosty Fest has a unique competition built around it called the Hogwarts House Rivalry. When the player logs into Rocket League during Frosty Fest, the player will receive a random allocation to any of the four houses of Hogwarts:
- Gryffindor
- Slytherin
- Ravenclaw
- Hufflepuff
Each player receives a respective Player Title displaying their house on-screen. The title of the house then appears in the game, and players use it to represent their house as they play.
If a player does not like the house they were put in at the start, it’s possible to change houses by going to the in-game Shop, picking up a free house title, and equipping it.
Equipping a house title means every online match finished contributes to that house’s count on the leaderboards, but match wins count double, which means there is importance put on winning if the house wants to get ahead. The top-ranked house at the end of Frosty Fest is declared the winner shortly after the event concludes.

Frosty Fest brings limited-time seasonal challenges for players to complete, and these challenges unlock a variety of rewards:
- Hot Cocoa Antenna: A wintery antenna you can earn from the rewards list.
- Sorting Hat Topper: The famous Sorting Hat appears as a topper on your car if you complete the right challenges.
- House-Themed Boosts: Boost effects that show off the house you are playing for.
- Golden Gifts and XP Rewards: Normal seasonal bonuses that help players level up and get more challenges done.

To celebrate further, a new “Aston Martin Valhalla + Wizarding World” Bundle is also provided by the Rocket League Shop, which becomes available on December 18, at 4:00 PM PT, and it comes with:
