The PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) Central and South Asia (CSA) Fall 2025 is set to begin, with high stakes since the top three teams will secure direct qualification to the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025. The tournament was first planned to be held offline in Kathmandu, Nepal, but due to political turmoil it has been moved to online.
Political Unrest in Nepal Forces Online Transition
Nepal is going through large-scale protests led mostly by the Gen Z population against corruption, nepotism and restrictions on social media. The unrest even made former Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli to leave his residence. Because of these incidents, organizers KRAFTON, Level Infinite and NODWIN Gaming decided to host PMSL CSA Fall 2025 fully online for the safety of players.
The tournament was earlier scheduled to start on September 18, 2025, but after the shift in format, it will start later. However, rules, structure and prize pool stays the same.
Tournament Format & Structure

PMSL CSA Fall 2025 will have 20 teams, with six direct invites and the rest qualified from sub-regional leagues in Central Asia, South Asia and Pakistan. The event has two main rounds before the Grand Finals:
Group Stage
- Begins with the Calibration Round, where 20 teams are divided into five groups of four.
- In two days, 10 matches were played, with each group taking part in 8 matches.
Survival Stage
- Teams reshuffled according to Round 1 results.
- 30 matches played across five days; each group plays 24 matches.
- Teams collect Head Start Points based on placement, and top 16 move to Grand Finals.
- The Smash Rule comes into effect on Day 3 of Finals to make competition tighter.

- Al Qadsiah, Natus Vincere, Madbulls, Virtus.Pro, GOAT Team, Alpha Gaming
- Regional teams like Dagestan77, Konina Power, Horaa Esports, The MongolZ, AS i8 Esports, R3GICIDE, NEPX Esports
The prize pool for PMSL CSA Fall 2025 is $200,000, but distribution is not shared yet. The main reward will be that the top three teams book their place in PMGC 2025.
