PEL 2025 Summer Format And Schedule
How the League Structure Works Across Three Stages
Just like previous splits, the structure this time too follows three stages:
Regular Season (July 3 – August 31)
This portion is divided into Breakout rounds and Weekly Finals. Teams will be collecting points throughout both phases, and the top six by the end will automatically lock in a Grand Finals slot. Meanwhile, the other 16 squads will have to prove themselves once more in the Playoffs.
Playoffs (September 4 – 7)
The Playoffs are going to be a four-day brawl where 16 teams from the bottom of the Regular Season try to grab one of the remaining 10 spots in the Grand Finals. This stage can often be unpredictable, with momentum sometimes shifting fast.
Grand Finals (Early October)
It all comes to a close over the course of three days, where 16 teams, six from the Regular Season and 10 from the Playoffs, will compete for the ultimate title. The stakes are high, with not only the trophy on the line but also key points toward potential international events.
PEL 2025 Summer Venue
Inside Chengdu’s Quantum Media VSPO Esports Center
All matches will be played live at the Quantum Media VSPO Esports Center, located in Chengdu. The arena has become somewhat of a central venue for Chinese esports recently. Known for its production quality and audience experience, it’s set to host all the high-stakes matchups in this summer season. The facility’s tech infrastructure and viewer capacity make it suitable for events on this scale.

Maps in Rotation for PEL 2025 Summer Matches
Rondo, Erangel, and Miramar Return for Daily Six-Match Format
Each day of competition will include six matches, using a map pool of Rondo, Erangel, and Miramar. The idea behind this rotation is to create a balanced test of each team’s capability.
Teams that succeed here usually manage to handle all three maps without too much drop-off, which is easier said than done.
