The April 2026 PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalog has leaked ahead of Sony’s official announcement, and Guerrilla’s remastered open-world RPG is the headline addition. The leak comes from billbil-kun via Dealabs, a leaker with a consistent record of accurately revealing Sony’s subscription lineups before they go public.

Three Games Confirmed in the Partial Leak

Three titles are expected to join the service on April 21, 2026: Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, The Crew Motorfest, and Football Manager 26 Console. The leak is explicitly described as a partial list, meaning Sony may announce additional titles when the full lineup is officially confirmed. An official announcement is expected on April 15, though a PlayStation State of Play event scheduled for April 16 could shift or accompany the reveal.

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered as the Main Draw

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered launched on PS5 and PC in October 2024, featuring enhanced visuals, reworked animations, re-recorded dialogue, and DualSense integration. The remaster brings Guerrilla’s original 2017 open-world RPG up to current-generation standards, effectively closing the visual gap between the first game and its sequel, Horizon Forbidden West. Players control Aloy, a hunter navigating a post-apocalyptic world dominated by robotic creatures, and the remaster includes the full base game alongside the Frozen Wilds expansion.

The title faced criticism at launch from players who argued the scope of its changes did not justify a paid release. Those who held off will now be able to access it at no additional cost through their existing Extra or Premium subscription.

Ubisoft’s Racer and Football Manager Round Out the Lineup

The Crew Motorfest is Ubisoft’s open-world racing game built around a permanent festival setting, drawing obvious comparisons to Forza Horizon. Released in September 2023, it continues to receive updates on both PS4 and PS5 and offers a mix of street racing, off-road events, and a strong vehicle roster across a shared online environment.

Football Manager 26 Console rounds out the confirmed titles, continuing Sports Interactive’s long-running management simulation series on PlayStation platforms. The game puts players in charge of a professional club’s full sporting operation across multiple seasons, from transfer strategy and squad building through to tactical match preparation.

Sony’s Announcement Expected Imminently

Billbil-kun has correctly called Sony’s PS Plus catalog additions on numerous prior occasions, giving this partial reveal strong credibility even before an official statement. With April 21 as the apparent availability date, Sony’s confirmation is likely only hours away.
