Player suggestions on how to improve Warzone 2

The new saga of the famous Call of Duty game, Warzone 2, has been with us for a little less than two months, and some members of the community comment that the game is boring.

These types of comments are made by these players referring to its predecessor, the original Warzone, which is now called Warzone Caldera. Let’s remember all the emotions that this Battle Royale gave us in pandemic and post-pandemic times.

Is Warzone 2 different from the original Warzone?

If you have played enough of both games, you will already know the answer to this question, and it’s pretty obvious. Warzone 2 is quite different from the original Warzone. There is no doubt about that.

Recall that the original Warzone was released in March 2020 and became one of the main mechanisms of gamers’ entertainment during the Covid-19 pandemic. Verdanks was the isolation of many of us during this time.

On the popular Reddit forum, a debate arose from an exchange on Twitter between members of the JGOD community and TrueGameData. These said that Warzone 2 streamers “would be even worse off than they are now if there were no nukes to chase.”

Warzone 2 without stats

Well, this could cause boredom for many Warzone 2 players. Right now, Warzone 2 doesn’t have in-game stats logging active, which gives players less incentive to chase victories.

In addition, players don’t place much importance on killing in games. According to Infinity Ward, stat tracking was to be implemented in December in the Season 1 Reloaded update, but it has been delayed indefinitely.

Nuclear contracts

Many streamers and professional players have a specific goal, to win five games in a row to obtain a nuclear contract and try to detonate it. Unfortunately, this task is becoming more and more complicated as the rest of the players try to hunt them down in the games.

But regardless of this, players no longer feel any motivation whatsoever to go in and watch the streams.

According to fans, how to fix Warzone 2?

Some players gave ideas of how they would improve or “fix” Warzone 2, or at least make it less boring. Some include the return of the Gulag in 1v1 mode, adding more shopping stations on the map, and much more.

There is no doubt that many fans are hoping that Infinity Ward will bring in an update in the future, some features from the original game. But unfortunately, many of the new mechanics have not caught on with players.

Let’s remember that the traditional Loadouts have recently returned. So, the developers give us to think that they are considering bringing back certain things from the original Warzone
