Tournament Structure
Overwatch Champion Series 2024 Stage 4 follows the same format for both North America and EMEA regions. The tournament begins in a Swiss Round, where all teams play nine rounds over two days. Only the top 24 teams from this round get to move forward in the Top Cut Swiss. For this round, the teams will play two rounds in a day to narrow down the roster to 12 teams.
Once they are complete, the four GSL groups are added to have 16 competing teams. This Group Stage begins on September 27 and ends on October 6, 2024. In the main event, they will follow the double elimination bracket set on October 10-13, 2024. Each region has a prize pool of $75,000 USD. This earns the winner a $30,000 plus a spot in the OWCS Finals.

Overwatch fans can catch the nonstop action on the official channels, Overwatch Esports Twitch, and YouTube channels. Moreover, this competition set out to bring familiar faces to the English broadcast team to hype up both regions.
