Overwatch 2 PlayStation-Exclusive Bundle: Free Soldier: 76 Skin & Battle Pass Rewards

Overwatch 2 has released a bundle that is exclusive to PlayStation, to bring both cosmetic and gameplay rewards to console players. This bundle includes the legendary Soldier: 76 skin, Slasher: 76, and five Battle Pass Tier Skips, allowing players to progress through the Battle Pass faster. Users who qualify can obtain the bundle for free on the PlayStation Store, but they must have a PlayStation Plus subscription. The offer will be available until January 17, 2026, at 08:00 UTC.

What does the Overwatch 2 PlayStation Bundle include?

The bundle primarily features the Slasher: 76 skin that provides a new legendary appearance for Soldier: 76 to show off. In addition to that, five Battle Pass Tier Skips will let players get to higher tiers quicker without worrying about getting through lower tiers. Tier skips are only usable up to Battle Pass level 80, but any unused tier skips can carry over to the next season beyond that. 

As mentioned above, this combination of rewards gives value to both new and returning players. Even if the player has some items for Soldier: 76 already, they may still be able to get the skin based on whether or not their account is eligible.

How to Redeem the Bundle

Players on PlayStation can redeem the bundle from the PlayStation Store. Once redeemed, the rewards will then appear in-game the next time the Overwatch 2 client launches. You will need an active PlayStation Plus subscription to redeem it, and it is limited to a specific time period. 

While the bundle is exclusive to PlayStation itself, the rewards could be applicable to other platforms, assuming the player’s Battle.net account is linked. However, players on Xbox, PC, or Switch will have no access to the bundle unless Blizzard offers this option in the future.
