Overwatch 2 has relaunched its beloved One-Punch Man event for a limited period between October 16 and October 29, 2025. This year’s event brings back beloved skins that fans have been able to enjoy and adds two skins, providing an opportunity for players to indulge in new cosmetics while revisiting cross-over content from the original event. The celebrations also coincide with the release of One-Punch Man Season 3, a nice touch for those who appreciate the world of anime blended with cosmetics in Overwatch 2.

Wuyang is also contributing two skins this year for the event. Garou is a fresh take on Wuyang, and turns Wuyang into Hero Hunter Garou, who is pushed visibly by the skin effects, animations, and combat poses to play in an agile manner reminiscent of Garou’s fighting style. The skin gives off a more dark and serious tone than previous event releases, and should be a must-have for any collector and fan of the anime.
Ashe, as Hellish Blizzard, modernizes her classic leader of the Blizzards Group design with a flaming appearance, along with a redesign to her signature companion, B.O.B. The Ashe skin builds upon her commanding and powerful villainous presence and includes thematic moments and character traits of her destruction. Both skins are available for individual purchase for 2,800 Overwatch Coins, or together in a bundled Mega Pack for 6,900 Overwatch Coins, where players can acquire multiple new skins and other returning event content.
Returning Skins
The event also sees the return of the original One-Punch Man crossover skins, Doomfist as Saitama wearing the hero’s identifier cape and gloves to give the impression of the supporting hero’s limitless strength, Genji as Genos who can portray the hero’s cyborg precision and mechanical augmentations, Kiriko as Terrible Tornado combining her mystical fox abilities with telekinetic hints, and obviously Soldier: 76 as Mumen Rider who is sporting the courageous and heroic cyclist theme. These returning skins will allow veteran Overwatch players to reconnect with this content after the original event, during the time that updated skins are being introduced.

Event Rewards and Challenges
In addition to skins, players can complete challenges associated with the event and receive special rewards for doing so! The Mumen Rider Soldier: 76 skin can be earned from completing event challenges as well as other cosmetic items such as themed weapon charms, name cards, victory poses, and highlight intros. The rewards provide players with a variety of ways to customize their in-game experience during the event time frame.
Overall, the One-Punch Man collaboration in Overwatch 2 provides both returning and new players with visually distinct skins and meaningful in-game content. By merging popular anime elements with the core gameplay, the event enhances engagement and provides collectible content that appeals to fans of both franchises.
