Many people may think that esports organizations have not been as successful as desired recently and that some may consider withdrawing from the scene. This, however, is far from the truth, without a doubt.

Today, many organizations firmly believe that esports will continue to be a fundamental part of society for many years.

PTW announces its VALORANT team

The above described is the case for PTW, a leading organization in the gaming industry, its second esports team to its growing list of winning teams. It is OR Esports, which was formerly known as Stealing Lunch Money. This team consists of the following:

  • Jonard “Jonaaa6” Penaflor
  • Dayton “Lear” Akau
  • Vincent “PureVNS” Nguyen
  • Chase “nillyaz” Linder
  • Elijah “Zeldris” Hawkins

About PTW

The PTW organization succeeded in esports with its PUBG Mobile team, also called OR Esports, based in India. According to the organization’s internal statistics, this team created a solid fan base with a 38% growth in the last two years.

Moreover, this Mobile title team reached a peak of 64,000 concurrent viewers on their channel during the Legends Rise tournament. In addition, they also gained exciting sponsors such as KFC, Zebronics, Rooter, and AMD.

The organization’s creative director, Kasturi Rangan, said:

“We started OR Esports in 2019 to empower and uplift the Indian gaming community. We are proud to say that we have achieved that, and now we are excited to bring that spirit to PC gaming in North America. OR Esports revolves around community, fun, and our fans. That ethos remains the same with our new team.”

On the other hand, PTW’s CEO also weighed in and said:

“We are thrilled to bring Jonard, Dayton, Vincent, Chase, and Elijah into our Esports family. Our mission is to be a catalyst for amazing games, happier players, engaged communities, and a world where all voices are heard. We continue to move in that direction with this addition to our roster of winning teams and top-notch studios.”

OR Esports has already begun to succeed

While the team was announced just a few hours ago, you may have seen this OR Esports lineup playing in the NA Challengers League. The guys managed to win the last-chance qualifier match to qualify for the Challenger League starting in February.

Likewise, the organization had advanced some information on their social networks, publishing a video where they alluded to their new VALORANT team.

This is a sign that many organizations worldwide continue to have a lot of faith in esports. We hope this team will succeed in the new VCT NA Challengers season.
