New League of Legends skin themes are coming in the summer

Yesterday, Riot Meddler and Riot Brightmoon announced an update of new LoL skins. This information has been announced in the development blog. Those responsible for Riot Games said the game would get several aspects related to the summer and Mid Season Invitational events.

They also said many exclusive Guardians of the Galaxy aspects would be coming to the Savage Rift.

In addition, the game developers intend to create new skins for champions, that have not been done for a long time. So fans of the game will have great new content shortly.

New skins are coming to LoL this 2023

LoL skins represent a crucial part of the game, and with the recent blog posted by the game’s creators, some details and hints of what the game’s fan community can now expect have been revealed.

The first thing we should comment on is that the developers have clarified that they will introduce new themes to the game; at this time, they will not recycle old themes. In this case, players will have access to new skins for the upcoming events, as we have already mentioned for the Mid Season Invitational and the Summer Invitational.

An example of new themes coming is Faerie Court, the new theme that will be released in the next League of Legends patch. It must be mentioned that it can already be played in the PBE.

We only know that new skins will arrive, but we do not know the developers’ themes. However, what we can be sure of is that the game will have a lot of fresh content in the coming months.

On the other hand, Meddler and Brightmoon commented that the Guardians of the Galaxy skins that the game will receive would be exclusive to the Savage Rift. They will also be available very soon in the PC version.

• Senna
• Seraphine
• Xayah Redeemed
• Rakan

The release of the first three appearances is expected to arrive in the game around July. While the last two will arrive in the year’s second half.

We do not know if there will be a special event to honor these appearances that will arrive in the game in 2023, as was done last year.

Undoubtedly, including these new appearances in the Savage Rift will excite the fans as it gives fresh air to the game. In addition, Oriana’s appearance is one of the most coveted skins for LoL players.

On the other hand, Meddler and Brightmoon have commented that Shyvana, Udyr, and Dr. Mundo will be the three champions to receive exclusive skins this year. They do this because all three champions have been without updates for an extended period.

Unfortunately, in the information revealed by the developers, they have not given an estimated date for these heroes to receive their updates.
