Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere has recently decided to make massive changes to its Dota 2 roster. The reason for this is the team’s relegation to the second division of DPC EEU 2023. As a part of the revamp, Natus Vincere has cut three players and only kept two in the line-up.

While Natus Vincere has an incredibly successful CS:GO line-up, its Dota 2 line-up is not doing so well. Following the disappointing relegation in the EEU DPC Tour I, the Ukrainian organization removed three players from its Dota 2 team, namely Nikita “Nicky`Cool” Ostakhov, Alik “V-Tune” Vorobey, and Vladislav “laise” Lais.

It is not yet clear what will happen next for the three ex-NAVI players, but for now, no information about them finding new organization has been released.

Natus Vincere will only keep two players on the Dota 2 team

The only players left on the team, for now, are Georgii “Swedenstrong” Zainalabidov and Arman “Malady” Orazbayev. The organization promised that they will “drastically change” the Dota 2 line-up, though it remains unclear what’s next for the team in the following weeks.

Considering that the NAVI Dota 2 line-up will be playing in the second division after the underwhelming results in the first division, it remains to be seen what kind of players the team will be able to attract. No replacements for the three players have been announced as of yet, but it’s safe to assume that will happen in the coming weeks.

The last Natus Vincere team was put together before the EEU DPC and added Nicky`Cool and Malady. While Malady is still with the team, Natus Vincere has now parted ways with Nicky`Cool. The team lost six out of seven games at the EEU DPC and only defeated one team — One Move with a score of 2-1.

Current Natus Vincere Dota 2 roster

The current NAVI Dota 2 roster includes the following players:

  • Arman “Malady” Orazbayev
  • Georgii “swedenstrong” Zainalabidov

According to the organization’s official statement, the club will announce further changes at a later date.

NAVI CS:GO line-up dominates at IEM Katowice

Meanwhile, Natus Vincere’s famous CS:GO line-up is doing just fine at IEM Katowice. They recently defeated their opponent Cloud9 2-0. Before that, the team didn’t look quite so glorious, having lost to G2 among others, but now they’ve bounced back and seem to have a good chance in the tournament.
