The strongest proof comes from dataminer X0XLEAK, who found hidden voice interaction files inside the game. Two separate clips are pointing to Daredevil and Deadpool being developed. For Deadpool, players can hear his typical banter with other Marvel heroes reacting in return, keeping with his usual humorous tone. For Daredevil, Matt Murdock himself doesn’t speak at all, but instead Venom and Squirrel Girl are heard mentioning him, which still makes clear that he is being included in the roster.

Deadpool’s arrival has been expected for a long while. Rumors about him joining Marvel Rivals first appeared back in December 2024, and his name even came up in the in-game lore.
