Marvel Rivals Season 3 is coming soon, and with its arrival, a bunch of new content that fans will surely want to check out. Among all the things dropping this time, one of the most exciting reveals is a Symbiote Storm skin, and the best part is, you don’t have to pay for it. The skin gives Storm a more sinister, Venom-like look and ties directly into the darker vibes the new season is going for.

How to Get the Free Symbiote Storm Skin in Marvel Rivals

If you’re wondering how exactly you can grab this version of Storm, it’s not too complicated. There will be an in-game event for a limited time. It’s a kind of mission-based challenge where you complete logs, seven in total, each unlocking one by one.

Each log requires you to finish tasks, such as healing teammates, dealing damage, winning games, or playing as Storm in different modes. And you can’t skip ahead; you gotta complete them in order. After clearing all of them, you’ll unlock the Symbiote Storm skin.

But that’s not all, either players will also earn extra stuff like a special MVP animation, an emote, and even a gallery card while doing the challenges. It’ll all be available through the Events or Missions section inside the game once the season begins.

Marvel Rivals Season 3 Symbiote Storm Skin Release Date

The Marvel Rivals Season 3 will launch on July 11, 2025, right after a short maintenance window. If things go as planned, servers should be live again by around 09:00 UTC, and that’s when everything new will be up and running.

Based on how past events went, the Symbiote Storm Skin event is probably going to start on that day and will last 2 to 3 weeks, so you won’t want to wait too long to start clearing logs and getting rewards.

New Hero Jean Grey and Blade

Along with Storm’s new look, Marvel Rivals will also add two new heroes into the mix. Jean Grey, who will show up in her super powerful Phoenix form, and Blade, known from Marvel’s vampire stories, both will join the roster as Duelists.

This is actually the first time a season doesn’t include any Vanguard or Strategist types, which might push players more into high-damage, fast action styles of play. These two characters could really shake things up in ranked matches and quick games, too.

Marvel Rivals Season 3 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting updates yet, with the free Symbiote Storm skin, new heroes like Jean Grey and Blade, and a fresh set of challenges to dive into. With limited-time rewards and a darker theme this season, it’s the perfect moment for players to jump back in and experience all the new content.
