Marvel Rivals recently revealed through its social pages that two new character skins are dropping this month. The fresh additions—Phoenix Knight for Moon Knight and Binary Fist for Iron Fist—are set to arrive globally on June 19, 2025, at 7:00 PM PDT. These skins will be part of the standard in-game store rotation.
Global Release Time for the New Moon Knight & Iron Fist Skins
Players from different regions will be able to grab the skins at the same time, based on local time zones. There’s no need to complete special missions or participate in events. These are straight-up store items. Here’s when they’ll become available:
- US Pacific (PT): June 19, 2025 – 7:00 PM
- US Eastern (ET): June 19, 2025 – 10:00 PM
- UK (BST): June 20, 2025 – 3:00 AM
- Japan/Korea (JST/KST): June 20, 2025 – 11:00 AM
Gamers can head into the “Store” tab in Marvel Rivals and find these skins listed under the “Featured” section. But be sure your Unit balance is enough before trying to get either one.

Skin Price and Contents Overview
Both new skins—Phoenix Knight and Binary Fist—are expected to cost 1600 Units. The rarity of each skin hasn’t been officially marked yet, but they do come packed with more than just a costume. You’re getting:
- Outfit
- Custom Spray
- Special Emote
- Victory Animation (MVP)
- Unique Nameplate
So the package goes beyond just a visual update; it’s more of a themed bundle experience for each character.
Lore Behind The Skins
Phoenix Knight Moon Knight does seem to take light inspiration from Avengers #36 (2018), where he bonds briefly with the Phoenix Force. But even if there’s a reference, this version in Marvel Rivals isn’t a direct copy of that comic. The skin looks quite different, maybe a more game-specific take on the idea.

Meanwhile, Iron Fist’s “Binary Fist” skin hasn’t been tied to any specific comic arc yet. From what’s shown in the gallery previews, it’s likely a completely original skin, designed just for Marvel Rivals.
Vault 616 Event Still Running
Ahead of this new cosmetic launch, players can still check out the Vault 616 event. It’s currently running and includes several returning skins from the past. That might be a good time to grab any you missed while waiting for these new ones to go live.
How to Get the Phoenix Knight and Binary Fist Skins
If you want either or both of these skins, here’s what you need to do after launch:
- Start Marvel Rivals once the skins go live.
- Click on the Store section.
- Look under Featured for the bundles.
- Choose the one you want, make sure you have enough Units, and confirm purchase.
Marvel Rivals continues to add variety in how characters look and feel, and these two new themed skins for Moon Knight and Iron Fist are the latest steps in that direction.
